Items must be unused and retain their original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Opened items (such as underwear) can also be returned if they meet hygiene standards, provided they are in brand new condition.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. - Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Awaiting Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and send you a return confirmation notification and return address.
Preparing for Return: Please pack the item properly to prevent damage during shipping and attach the order information from the return confirmation email.

Due to logistical and inventory reasons, we recommend that you return the item and place a new order for an exchange. The exchange process is similar to the return process; please follow the steps above. - Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and review your returned item, we will complete the refund processing within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase; the exact arrival time may depend on your bank or payment institution. - Cost Explanation
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality issue with the item or the wrong item was sent.
